Convenient location and cute decor were what drew me to try this place, but their selection and food were all quite basic though. Even their main attraction, the bon bons, were just sliced fruits with a ton of whip cream and fruit slush at the bottom. It is very pretty, but not really worth the price that it charges for.
I really did like the fresh mango chunks though for my mango bon bons, but I would get a fulOtherwise, this place only serves lattes, slush, smoothies, and small slices of cakes.
I am just glad that they let us in even though they were about to close. -

The first time I was here was when it first opened and it was packed with people... The hype was real and my friends in Asia were raving about this chain, how pretty the cafes were and how Instagram worthy the sweets were. Times have changed and so has this cafe. If you even notice, it is now "Hadrian's Café de Paris" rather than the original "Café de Paris."
It might be a shallow of me to say, but you know something's not right when the cafe has only a table of patrons on a long weekend... No music playing and cafe reeks of mold or some kind of unpleasant odour. Also random display of collectible toys for sale with a large collection of super hero figurines at the back.
My friend insisted to try it out regardless. The one and only gentleman at the café was sluggish and didn't seem to care much. Ordered a sorbet with grass jelly/mango/strawberries, and a grape/kiwi cake in a cup with Oreo bits (sorry I don't remember the exact name).
Presentation wise, everything was OK presentable, but not impressive and definitely not amazing. If you're checking out the original Café de Paris website and look at the cake, don't even bother to compare with the actual desserts served here... You'll just be disappointed. Once our desserts were served, the gentleman immediately put on his jacket and went outside for a smoke. Hmm.
For the price, quality, and service, I would not come here. Trust your instincts, or Yelp before walking in to order anything. -

The place itself is very cute and the menu items are aesthetically pleasing.
But I definitely have to agree with the other reviews here. While the desserts look super pretty and delicious, its definitely overpriced for what it is. It tastes ok, but it's just not special enough to warrant the price tag. As such, unfortunately I won't be returning. -

This was a disappointing experience. I wouldn't order anything from the bonbon series if I ever decided to revisit this café.
The entrance had a very strong odor which smells like you were walking through the sewage. After reading previous reviews from yelp, I realized the smell actually came from the owner's smoking habits.
This place was pretty spacious and had lots of available tables. They had comfortable sofas and mini games (ex. cards) accessible on the tables. They don't have a lot of choices but it was better than nothing. This made me wonder if you were allowed to bring your own games to play.
We decided to give their mango bonbon a try. When we received our order, we were snapping away with some gorgeous pictures with this product!
However, the overall experience of this product was a joke. I just paid $14 worth of hand cut mangoes and whipped cream!!!! I could get a box of mangoes with that money. I wished they replaced the whipped cream with ice cream or something to elevate this dessert.
Other than the RIDICULOUS price for something you can make at home there were still some good points. I liked how the mangoes were actually were very sweet and fresh. Also, the bottom layer of the cup had a mango slush which tasted very delicious.
The bonbon series really need some MAJOR readjustments; I can see a lot of disappointing reviews about this product.
Will I come back? Maybe? I'm curious about their drink menu. I might consider trying their mango slush. -

This place is ridiculously pretty. It's so clean and asthetic. Majority of people who came was just taking photos, that's how nice it is.
Unfortunately the things they sell isn't amazing. Their special bon bons are plain. They taste good, but I wouldn't get it again. The small was about 7$ while the large was about 11$. I got the cherry and mango. The mango definitely looked prettier and looked like it took more work to make. The fruit we're fresh atleast but if you're a sweet tooth, this is probably not the best place for you. The stuff isn't really sweet, which is great if you like your sweets more mild.
Also the owner/worker was a hardcore smoker and smoked right outside the door. So Everytime the door opened and closed the wind would carry it inside. It smelled gross especially since we were seated in the front.
